Employee Engagement

Day to day human resource practices such as recruitment, training, performance management and workforce surveys can provide powerful impetus for enhancing engagement that would help organizations and their employees in the long run.

At JNU Hospital, employee engagement is a stronger predictor of positive organizational performance clearly showing the two-way relationship between employer and employee compared to the three earlier constructs: job satisfaction, employee commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. It is seen that engaged employees are emotionally attached to their respective organizations and highly involved in their job with a great enthusiasm for the success of their employer, going the extra mile, beyond their job responsibilities.
