ICU

We have a 60-bedded, ultra-modern ICU Complex at JNU Hospital. This Complex also houses state of the art Multispecialty ICUs.

All joint replacement surgeries, spine surgeries, major cancer surgeries, supra-major gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary surgeries, advanced laparoscopic surgeries, cochlear implant surgeries etc. are being performed here.

All surgeries related to orthopedics, both trauma and chronic orthopedic problems are performed here. This operation theatre is equipped with Karl Storz high definition camera system for endoscopic spine surgery, Karl Zeiss operating microscope, fully automatic C-arm image intensifier to see the X rays of the bones while the patient is being operated upon, power drills and high speed burr.

Equipped with the latest Stryker’s high definition laparoscopy system to perform all basic and advanced laparoscopic surgeries, all surgeries related to general surgery, both planned and emergency are performed in this OT.

In this OT, all surgeries related to head, neck and faciomaxillary region are being performed. These include surgeries for both benign and malignant conditions, endoscopic ENT surgeries and Cochlear implant surgeries. OPD Patients:

The dietitians counsel the referred patients for a variety of conditions. The patients’ general food pattern is noted and accordingly appropriate Diet plan is given.
