- Mild allergic reaction

- Shortness of breath
- Anxiety

- Electrolyte abnormality
- Articles required are Povidine Iodine, cotton swab, medicath, tourniquet, gloves, sterile blood transfusion set with filter, IV Stand.
- Put medicath with sterile precaution and start transfusion via IV Line.
- Transfusion is stopped in between if any sign of allergy is observed.
